CC Get MAC Address is a handy tool for finding MAC address and computer name from IP address. You can use it to lookup MAC address of a computer on LAN even out of your LAN range. It's based on Microsoft Netbios technology. CC Get MAC Address also can be used to Wake On LAN. You can use it wake up any computer on your LAN remotely.
Why I cannot get MAC addresses of clients when I click 'Retr All'?
CC Get MAC Address need to send UDP data to the port 137 of clients' machine. If the firewall software on the server or client block this port, CCGMA cannot get mac address.
What's meaning of '+' and '-' on the head of each line?
First, you scan whole lan and get all mac addresses of clients. If you use auto scan function, '+' means the client is power on and '-' means the client is power off.
How to enter the registration code?
Please right click your mouse on the caption of the software interface, and select 'About CC Get MAC Address ...' item from the popup menu.
Does CC Get MAC Address support command line?
Yes. "cc-get-mac-address.exe -w 0858c2c43285" will wake on lan the PC with mac address 0858c2c43285.
